At [MING CLAN], we believe exceptional craftsmanship is worth the wait. Every leather piece is meticulously inspected and carefully packaged in our signature gift box before it leaves our studio.

Order Processing Time Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process, hand-inspect, and pack your order. For custom-engraved items, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the personalization process. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times We partner with reliable international express couriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Our standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

-United States: 8 - 15 Business Days

-Rest of the World: 10 - 20 Business Days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to customs clearance or local postal service interruptions are occasionally out of our control.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can easily track the real-time status of your package directly on our website through the "Track Order" page in our top menu.
